Returns & Refund

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • the item arrived damaged,
  • the wrong item was delivered,
  • the product is defective.

Items must be unused whenever possible and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • personalized products,
  • items damaged by misuse,
  • products returned after the return period.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the product,
  • photos of the packaging.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
